2011 Annual Meeting
BCHOA News and Notices
Tuesday, 04 October 2011 08:05

Reminder of the Homeowner's Association annual meeting:

Time: 7 pm
Date: Tuesday, October 4
Place: Cambridge Village, 951 S. Hughes Street, Apex ( Meeting in the Theater Room)

Important issues to be discussed include pool repairs, and possibility of hiring a management company. Volunteers to fill two Board positions are also needed. Please make arrangements to attend or designate a proxy (form was emailed to residents) to vote on your behalf. The proxy can be left in the community mailbox by the pool or given to a neighbor who will be attending the meeting.  It is important to have enough attendees and proxies to be able to have a quorum to conduct HOA business.

Website upgrades complete
BCHOA News and Notices
Saturday, 15 January 2011 14:13

I've completed a set of security upgrades on the website.  Included in that is a security change to registration to cut down on the amount of registration spam I have to handle in order to manually approve new user accounts.   This change affects new user Registration and the Lost Userid/Password screens, but will not affect currently registered users (unless they lose their userid or password and use the website pages to find them).

The change will require users of the registration system to respond to a "Captcha" challenge (correctly typing words shown distorted in an image you see on the page) provided by Google.   Visit http://www.google.com/recaptcha to learn more.

Contact me (Bill Halterman) if you have any problems after these security updates, or any questions.  Thanks.
