| November 28, 2023 Greetings Beckett Crossing Homeowners and Residents, As discussed at the 2022 and 2023 annual meetings, dues will increase by 12% in January, marking the second of five planned increases. The increase builds our reserves for maintenance and refurbishment of the pool, and ensures adequate funding for landscaping and yard waste removal services. Quarterly dues for 2024 will be $173. Residents with auto-draft will need to update their settings. We are looking for individuals who are interested in serving on HOA committees. Bring your skills and talents to the architecture, IT, communications, social, landscaping, and pool committees. Please reach out to learn more. The board will meet during the first week of February, May, and August (exact dates tbd). We welcome you to contribute discussion items and/or your attendance at the meetings.
