ARC Meetings
The ARC has no calendar of meetings, but meets as needed to review projects or develop guidelines, as most ARC business is handled over email or telephone. Any Beckett Crossing resident is welcome to address the ARC to discuss their concerns regarding proposed projects or neighborhood guidelines. If you have concerns over a project a neighbor has informed you about and asked you to sign to confirm that you have been notified, you must contact the ARC immediately, as reviews and approvals occur as they are needed as projects are submitted.
ARC Forms
Click on Downloads in the top menu, then select the ARC Documents & Forms category (or just click the linked category name here) , and the most recent are also linked here:

Requesting ARC Approvals
Please use the approval request form from the Downloads page to request approval for improvements to your property. The form is fairly simple and self-explanatory. If you have trouble accessing the document, please contact any committee member for a hard copy. If your request includes any special conditions for a perimeter fence (attachment to neighbor’s fence, waiving of the setback requirement) make sure to complete the appropriate fence addendum as well.
A copy of your property survey must accompany the completed request form, showing the location of your improvement on the survey.
Please allow 30 days from the submission of your request form before the start date of the proposed project. This allows time for the ARC to review the request and ask any questions. Occasionally we can approve a project quicker than that, but you should not rely on that.
NOTE: The BCHOA board has authorized a $100 fine for starting a project without ARC approval.
Completed request forms and the supporting documentation can be submitted in one of three ways:
- if you have scanning capability, you can scan the form and supporting documentation (Adobe PDF format preferred) and email it to the committee at [email protected] .
- by hand to any committee member listed above
- mail to the CAS office in Apex at the address on the form.
Thanks for your cooperation and efforts to make Beckett Crossing a great community to live in!
